Bleeding Brie

This excellent appetizer is great for a Halloween party, or any holiday party. After all, you could just call it 'Baked Cherry Brie in Puff Pastry'! The flavor of this recipe is the real surprise; the combination of sweet and tart preserves with the melty, savory cheese is fabulous.
