There is nothing quite like the simplicity and wholesomeness of good old pancakes. Some how I just don’t get tired of them. Me tried something new by adding pumpkin bread mix ad blackberries to the last ones we made, Yum! Happy WW

I’ve introduced my husband’s native Italian family to many of our American recipes. Their top three favorites are 3. Thanksgiving turkey; 2. apple pie; and number 1. by far are pancakes. They love ‘em. Some of the relatives prefer nutella on their pancakes, but some of them even eat them with classic maple syrup. Good stuff!

Thanks, Linda! That makes me very hungry for pancakes, which I call “diabetics’ delight,” because they *must* be served with loads of real butter and half a pitcher of real maple syrup.
