How to Stuff a Turkey Breast

Thursday November 19, 2009
There are two ways to stuff a bone-in, skin-on turkey breast. These instructions will take you through the process. The methods are very easy and result in a moist, well-flavored turkey breast and lots of delicious stuffing. This is a great idea for smaller families, or for larger gatherings where you want more turkey, but still want to roast a smaller bird. If your family loves white meat, roast a turkey breast along with the whole turkey.

Oh, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a gravy packet tucked inside the turkey breast! The instructions said to add to the drippings, but there weren't any drippings with the method I used (turkey on the stuffing). So I stirred some chicken broth and light cream into the gravy packet. It was sublime.
