I remember making Danish Puff Coffeecake as a teenager. The feeling of triumph when the recipe worked is still something I remember. This recipe, while not difficult, does take some patience and a little bit of know-how. So follow along on my step by step for making the pastry and you too will have success. This is a great project, by the way, the next time school is closed for weather issues.
