Burgers have long been a favorite food, and a homemade juicy burger is an excellent way to celebrate the summer season. Whether grilled, baked, fried, or broiled, there's nothing more satisfying.

To ensure your burgers are safely cooked, use a reliable instant-read thermometer to check their temperature. The minimum safe temperature for ground meats is 160 F. For poultry, look for a minimum temperature of 165 F. 145 F is the minimum safe temperature for fish and shellfish, but if there are raw eggs in the seafood mixture, cook the burger to 160 F.
