Cook Turkey From Frozen

By November 18, 2012

Every year I cook my turkey frozen solid, and every year I'm amazed it works so well. Just think: you don't have to plan to defrost the turkey. You don't have to worry about turkey juices splashing here, there, and everywhere in your kitchen. And the turkey is wonderfully moist and tender because of the physics of the bird. I'm honored to present Dr. O. Peter Snyder's method for roasting a frozen turkey. (And yes, you can stuff it too!). The turkey in the picture is stuffed with Cornbread Stuffing.
