Stuffing 101

Stuffing is the highlight of Thanksgiving! There's nothing like that wonderful combination of flavors and textures to evoke the holidays. But there are tricks to making the best stuffing. Season it well, don't pack into the turkey, and make sure it reaches a temperature of 165 degrees F for food safety reasons. I always double the recipe and make a crockpot full of the wonderful stuff. Drizzle it with some turkey drippings from time to time for more flavor. Yum!
