For entertaining or a special family dinner it's hard to beat this menu. Chicken Scampi tastes like shrimp scampi, redolent with garlic and lemon, but it's much less expensive. Serve it over pesto rice for even more flavor! And the chocolate brownies are so good and so easy to make.
