Special Holiday Dinner Menu: Filet Mignon

If you aren't serving a large crowd for Christmas or for a holiday dinner (or even if you are) consider serving this menu. Filet mignon is the ultimate steak; it's tender, juicy, beefy, and flavorful when cooked correctly. Serve it with a creamy broccoli and carrot side dish, the best potatoes, and a spectacular caramel banana pie for dessert.
