Start With Barley

Barley is one of the best foods you can eat. It's a whole grain, full of fiber, antioxidants, and B vitamins. The fiber is soluble fiber, which helps regulate blood sugar, and insoluble fiber, which is important for good digestion. It's delicious; nutty, with a nice chewy texture, and works well in many foods. These barley recipes are all quick, easy, and healthy. Enjoy a few this week.
