Everyone should eat more fish, especially fatty fish like salmon and tuna. With the season of Lent upon us, recipes using canned salmon
are especially welcome. I always have a couple of cans of red sockeye salmon in my pantry, for recipes just like these. Make Salmon Burgers or Grilled Salmon Sandwiches for dinner tonight.
