My Favorite Flavors collection continues, this time with Carbonara as the focus. Carbonara is simply a mixture of eggs and cream, beaten together and tossed with hot cooked pasta to make a simple main course. The sauce can be used in many ways, including as a quesadilla filling and as a pizza topping! Yum.
