Eat Your Blueberries!

According to Health Talk, a compound in blueberries "lowers cholesterol just as effectively as commercial drugs, with the added advantage of fewer side effects, according to a new study by the U.S. Department of Agriculture."

So buy a bunch of blueberries and use them in Blueberry Cobbler, Blueberry Chutney, Blueberry Shortbread Parfait, and Blueberry French Toast Bake.
