So add a little kick to your menus this week and try Creamy Mexican Crockpot Chicken ,(pictured) which is a variation on the classic King Ranch Casserole, along with Cotija Flatbreads, Tex Mex Shrimp Tart, Tex Mex Impossible Pie, or Stuffed Tex Mex Burgers for lunch or dinner.
