I was amazed by the response to Monday's article about indoor grilling recipes. The number of emails asking for more recipes was an all time record! After doing research on these products on the internet, I can understand why. There are very few free recipes out there; you have to buy a book to find new ideas. Well, now you can turn to this site!
Remember, just about any ordinary grilled recipe can be converted to the dual contact, or two sided grill. Cooking times will be shorter since the food cooks on both sides at the same time. Refer to these charts: Indoor Vegetable Grilling Chart and Indoor Meat Grilling Chart to find cooking times for vegetables and meats. And this time around, I've added dessert recipes!
