Everyday Menu Blogs

By Linda Larsen, About.com

Everyday Menus is a hit! It's been my experience that no matter how many recipes you have, designing well balanced, delicious menus still takes a lot of work. The best way to eat healthy is to make sure you vary the foods you eat. Developing menus and keeping track of the foods you serve your family will help. When you write down the menus you eat, you'll be able to see if you're serving too many chicken recipes, not enough leafy greens, or too many recipes using pasta. Everyday Menus is also a good exercise to check on the balance of recipes in your own recipe box.

While many of the Everyday Menus have been articles, I've found that blogs work well too. It just depends on how much I have to say about each menu! This article will collect all the blogs into one place so it's easy for you to browse the menus.

And be sure to check back every day for another breakfast, lunch, or dinner menu.
