I feel it's very important for us to record and pass on family history; and recipes are an excellent way to do just that. Sit down with the cooks in your family, whether that is your mom, grandmother, grandfather, dad, uncle, aunt, or cousin, and write down their favorite recipes. Buy a looseleaf notebook and record the recipes. Then when your children are grown, they can pass on these family traditions.
