This easy and delicious breakfast menu is one you can serve your family even during the busiest days of your week. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you eat a good, nutritious, well balanced breakfast your mind and body will be fueled for the rest of the day. Dieters who eat breakfast are more apt to follow their diets. Children and teenagers who eat breakfast do better in school and on tests.

My mother fed us a hot breakfast every single morning. At the time, I didn't appreciate it (hot Roman meal cereal still isn't my favorite), but I now realize that she was taking very good care of us.
