Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 1-1/2 lbs. halibut steak
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup honey mustard salad dressing
Preparation:
Prepare and preheat grill. Cut green beans in half and bring to boil in 1 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes until almost tender; drain beans. Cut fish into 6 equal portions and place on heavy cuty aluminum foil. Sprinkle fish with thyme, salt and pepper and divide sliced onions and green beans on fish. Drizzle with salad dressing and seal foil packets with double seal foil, leaving room for heat expansion.Place foil packets on grill over medium heat; cover. Grill for 8-14 minutes, turning packets occasionally, until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. OR, place packets in preheated 450 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes when tested with fork. 6 servings
