- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup uncooked pearl barley
- 4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 12 oz. jar mushroom gravy
- 3 cups water
