Cafe Mocha Mix

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 cups instant espresso coffee granules
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup powdered coffee creamer
• 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well with a wire whisk. Store in an airtight container in a cool place. To serve, combine 2 tablespoons mix with 3/4 cup boiling water and stir well to blend.
