Crisp Tuna Salad

Your kids will love the combination of flavors and textures in this easy salad recipe; it's perfect for lunch.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup potato sticks

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients except the potato sticks in a small bowl and mix well. Pack into insulated lunch box. Package potato sticks separately to sprinkle over salad just before eating. 4 servings
