Ingredients:
- 4 lbs. beef short ribs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 12 oz. jar beef gravy
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 lb. frozen bell peppers and onions, thawed and drained
Preparation:
In 3-4 quart crockpot, place ribs and sprinkle with pepper. In medium bowl, mix gravy and barbecue sauce and pour over top. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 9-11 hours until beef is tender.Skim fat from surface of liquid in crockpot and remove ribs. Cover to keep warm. Add bell peppers and onions to slow cooker and cover and cook on high 20-30 minutes until hot. Serve vegetables and sauce over ribs.
