Fruit and Cheese Salad

Choose your favorite type of cheese for this refreshing salad recipe. You could add cooked shrimp or chicken to make it a main dish salad.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups cubed Havarti cheese
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped basil leaves

Preparation:

Combine fruit and cheese in large bowl. Mix together orange juice, oil, honey, and basil in a small jar with tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously to combine. Pour over fruit and cheese and toss. 6 servings
