INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Lightly oil a 9" square pan and set aside. In a medium bowl, sprinkle gelatin and sugar over cold water and let stand for 2 minutes. Add boiling water and stir constantly to dissolve. Add the juice concentrate and stir well. Pour into prepared pan and chill until firm.
Dip pan in warm water just to the rim for about 10 seconds to loosen gelatin. Cut into squares or fun shapes with a cookie cutter. Remove gelatin from pan and store tightly covered in refrigerator. New posts to the Busy Cooks forums: |
