Grilled Ham Salad

This simple five ingredient recipe is perfect to serve to company in the summer.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 oz. pkg. salad greens
  • 1/2 lb. fully cooked ham steak slice
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard salad dressing
  • 1-1/2 cups cubed Swiss or Havarti cheese

PREPARATION:

Prepare and heat grill. Place salad greens in serving bowl. Brush ham steak with preserves and place on grill. Cook 4-6" from medium heat for 8-13 minutes until hot, turning once and brushing frequently with preserves. Remove ham from grill and cut into 1" cubes. Toss with salad dressing and cheese in bowl with salad greens. Serves 4
