At a baseball tailgating party, one of the guests used orange instead of lemon to season fish cooked on the grill. I love the sweet and tangy taste of orange with mild fish.

Cook Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 lb. haddock or halibut fillets
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except fillets and pour over fish in glass baking dish. Cover and chill at least one hour.Remove fish and reserve marinade. Grill or broil fish 4" from heat source, turning once and brushing several times with marinade, until fish is thoroughly cooked and flakes easily when tested with fork, about 12-15 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade. 4 servings
