Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fully cooked polish sausages
- 3 cups purchased coleslaw mix
- 1/3 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
Preparation:
Prepare and heat grill. In medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, salad dressing, red bell pepper, and red onion and mix gently. Place sausages in 8" square foil pan and top with coleslaw mix. Cover with foil, sealing edges.Place on grill 4-6" from medium heat source and cover. Grill for 15-20 minutes until food is hot, turning packets once during cooking time.
You can also grill the sausages until hot and crisp. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients and chill. When the sausages are done, place on a plate and top with the slaw mixture. 4 servings
