MAKE YOUR OWN SOUP MIXES

All of these mixes should be stored tightly covered in a cool, dry place. I have found that large tupperware containers or large glass jars with screw-on lids work best. Most mixes will stay fresher longer if stored in the refrigerator. Layer these mixes in clear containers for a pretty presentation if the entire mix is to be used in one batch.
