Tapenade is an olive oil paste that is readily available in grocery stores. If you can't find it in your supermarket, you can make your own Tapenade.

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1/3 cup tapenade
- 16 grape tomatoes, or 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded Munster or Havarti cheese
Preparation:
Thaw puff pastry according to the directions on the package. Unfold the sheet and cut it into 16 squares. Place each square in a greased muffin cup.Spread tapenade evenly over each square. Coarsely chop the grape or cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle over tapenade. Top each with Muenster cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until pastry is puffed and golden brown, and cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from muffin cups and serve.
