Fill the crust with your choice of filling, and make sure to bake it in a preheated oven. Bake until the crust is brown and the filling is set and thoroughly cooked. For fruit pies, the juices in the center of the pie should be bubbling. For a shiny crust, glaze with a mixture of beaten egg and a spoonful of water.

Now that you know how to make a pie crust, let's fill it! The recipe choices are endless. Try a quiche for dinner, or a two crust spinach pie. Then there are sweet pie recipes - chocolate, custard, fruit, lemon, caramel, nut - oh, they are all wonderful. These are some of my favorite pies, along with more recipes for fun and easy pie crusts.
