Guide Review
The Best Cookie Spatula
I love all the cooking equipment and utensils that Williams-Sonoma carries, especially their spatulas. This incredible spatula has a 6 1/2" sq. blade, which makes it so easy to move any type of cookie or other food, no matter how wide or delicate. It is made of high-carbon stainless steel with a wide, flexible blade. The beveled edge ensures that the spatula easily slides beneath any food on any surface. I also use it to flip pancakes, crepes, french toast and eggs, and on the grill for turning meats and vegetables. The handle is angled, so it's especially easy to manuever, and your hand stays a safe distance away from hot surfaces. It's over 14" long, a very nice size, and is dishwasher safe to boot.
