Crockpot Cheesy Dip

Serve this rich and hot dip with vegetables like baby carrots and celery sticks, soft breadsticks and crunchy ones too, and sturdy tortilla chips.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 2 hours,

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 ounce) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Colby cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 13 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation:

Cut cream cheese into cubes. In 4-5 quart crockpot, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese. In medium bowl, toss colby cheese with flour and add to cream cheese mixture along with remaining ingredients. Stir to blend. Cover crockpot and cook on LOW for 1-2 hours until cheeses are melted, stirring once during cooking. Stir before serving with crudites and crackers for dipping. Serves 8-10
