Mini Cranberry Filo Shells Recipe

Make these easy and delicious tiny filo shells using leftover Thanksgiving cranberry sauce. Tiny filo shells can be found in your grocery’s freezer section. They thaw very quickly and make a beautiful presentation. Fill them with anything that suits your fancy at the moment.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 15 individual mini filo or phyllo shells, thawed
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped cooked turkey
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Preparation:

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, turkey, and onions. Fill filo shells with this mixture and top with a dab of cranberry sauce. Makes 15
