Make these easy and delicious tiny filo shells using leftover Thanksgiving cranberry sauce. Tiny filo shells can be found in your grocerys freezer section. They thaw very quickly and make a beautiful presentation. Fill them with anything that suits your fancy at the moment.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 15 individual mini filo or phyllo shells, thawed
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup finely chopped cooked turkey
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
Preparation:
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, turkey, and onions. Fill filo shells with this mixture and top with a dab of cranberry sauce. Makes 15
