Mini Guacamole Cups are super easy to make and fun to eat. You can use purchased guacamole for ease, jazzed up with some sour cream and chopped tomatoes.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-3/4 cups prepared guacamole
- 30 frozen mini filo shells, thawed 10 minutes
- 8 grape tomatoes
Preparation:
Make guacamole or add sour cream and chopped fresh tomatoes to frozen guacamole.
Fill the filo cups with the guacamole. Quarter each grape tomato and top each little cup. Serve immediately.
