Turkey Fingers with Cranberry Dip

Use leftover Thanksgiving cranberry sauce and cooked turkey in these easy and delicious appetizers.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash white pepper
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup ground nuts
  • cooked turkey, cut into 1" chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cranberry sauce, 1/4 cup sour cream, horseradish, and dried cranberries in a small bowl. Blend well and set aside. Combine 1/2 cup sour cream, buttermilk, and lemon juice in a shallow bowl. Then combine bread crumbs and ground nuts in another shallow bowl.

Dip each turkey piece in the sour cream and lemon juice mixture, and roll in the bread crumb mixture. Place on greased jelly roll pan. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees 10-13 minutes, or until the turkey pieces are heated through and the bread crumb coating becomes crisp. Serve with the cranberry dip. Serves 6-8
