Just five ingredients combine for a fabulous quick and hearty dinner entree. If you can't find lemon stir-fry sauce, sweet and sour would be just fine.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. beef flank or round steak
- 3 cups snow pea pods
- 1-1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup purchased stir-fry sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation:
Cut beef into 1/4" thick, 2" long strips across the grain. Heat oil in heavy skillet or wok. Add beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until beef is browned. Remove from skillet. Add pea pods, carrots, mushrooms, and water to skillet or wok.
Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Add beef, stir-fry sauce, and pepper to skillet. Stir fry until well heated. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles. Serves 4
