Italian Beef Stir Fry

This easy and rich stir fry recipe uses sirloin steak, tomato paste, and frozen vegetables; just five ingredients!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 oz. can Italian seasoned tomato paste
  • 16 oz. bag frozen bell peppers and onions, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup frozen green beans, thawed and drained

Preparation:

In heavy skillet, heat olive oil. Add onion and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp tender. Add beef; stir fry until browned, about 4 minutes. Add tomato paste, water, and thawed and drained vegetables. Cook and stir while mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are hot. Serves 4
