I love the flavors in this hot drink. You could substitute some tomato juice for part of the vegetable juice if you'd like.

Cook Time: 4 hours
Ingredients:
- 46 oz. can vegetable juice
- 1 stalk celery, cut into 3 pieces
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Remove celery and discard. Serve hot. 8 servings
