Ingredients:
- 2 bulbs Roasted Garlic
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-1/4 tsp. bread machine yeast
Preparation:
Prepare Roasted Garlic. After squeezing garlic out of cloves, mash slightly and measure 3 Tbsp. for the 1-1/2 lb. recipe. Place all ingredients except roasted garlic in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add mashed garlic at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5-10 minutes before the last kneading cycle ends. Select the Basic/White cycle and use Medium or Light Crust Color. Do not use delay cycles.
