This delicious and rich bread recipe is easily made in your bread machine.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup canned solid pack sweet potatoes (NOT in syrup)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 3 cups bread four
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. bread machine yeast
Preparation:
Drain the canned sweet potatoes and mash them. Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic/White Cycle, using Medium or Light Crust Color. Turn machine on; remove loaf when done and cool on wire rack. Makes 1-1/2 lb. loaf
