Use Butterscotch Brownies for a nice flavor contrast with sweet and tart fruit in this easy dessert recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 (13" x 9") pan of brownies, any flavor, baked and cooled
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 cups cantaloupe balls
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream topping
Preparation:
You can use regular chocolate brownies, peanut butter brownies, white chocolate brownies, or butterscotch brownies in this recipe. Cut into 1-1/2" squares.
Skewer onto 10" wooden skewers, alternating brownies with fruit. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours, then serve with caramel sauce and chocolate sauce for dipping. Yields 16 skewers
