Ingredients:
- 1 pound 85% lean ground beef
- 1 cup cooked and drained wild rice
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices Havarti cheese
- lettuce leaves, mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, sliced avocados
- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation:
Form into four patties and place on plate. Press a dimple into the center of each burger. Grill burgers over medium coals for 5-8 minutes per side until a meat thermometer registers 165 degrees F. Remove burgers from grill, put on clean place, top with cheese, and cover to let cheese melt.
Assemble Wild Rice Gourmet Burgers with lettuce, mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, avocado, and burgers on toasted buns.
