Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. any flavor two layer cake mix
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup any flavor fruit preserves
- 1/2 cup nuts, coconut, or chocolate chips
Preparation:
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-30 minutes until cupcakes spring back when touched in center. Cool for 1 minute, then gently remove from pan and cool on wire racks. Store Cupcakes in a Flash in refrigerator.
