Candy Spider

Linda Larsen
Your kids will love assembling these spiders. They’re great for garnishing party trays, and would make a wonderful centerpiece on a Spiderweb cake.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Black jumbo gumdrops
  • Thin black licorice
  • Red hot candies

Preparation:

Using a toothpick or tip of a sharp knife, poke holes in the sides of the gumdrops. Insert thin licorice, cut to desired leg length. Make holes at the top and press red hots into the gumdrops for eyes. Store in tightly covered containers.
