Ingredients:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped slivered almonds
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation:
Microwave on 30% power for 2 minutes, then remove and stir. Microwave 1-2 minutes longer on 50% power until mixture is smooth.
Stir in cranberries and almonds; let stand 5 minutes.
Drop mixture by teaspoons onto waxed paper and let stand until set.
Melt dark chocolate in microwave on glass measuring cup; stir until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies; let stand until set.
