Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients together in medium bowl and mix well. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1-3 hours. Prepare and preheat two sided grill. Cook the chicken breasts for 4-6 minutes until thoroughly cooked. 4 servings
