Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup Parmesan salad dressing
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup salad greens
Preparation:
Cook bacon until crisp; remove from pan, drain, and crumble. Combine with mushrooms and greens in small bowl; drizzle with remaining half of salad dressing; set aside.
Grill chicken until thoroughly cooked, about 10-12 minutes, turning once during cooking time. Set on serving plate and top with salad; serve immediately. Serves 4
