Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup white grape juice
- 1 cup red grapes, cut in half
Preparation:
Add stock and grape juice to pan and bring to a boil, scraping up pan drippings. Boil over high heat for 6-8 minutes until sauce is reduced and thickened. Return chicken to pan along with red grapes, and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until grapes are hot and chicken is tender.
