This simple five ingredient grilled chicken breast recipe is packed full of flavor and nutrition. The last time I made this I used 1 cup of grape tomatoes, cut in half, in place of the large tomatoes.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4 servings


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. zesty Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped


Heat oven to broil setting. Brush chicken breasts with dressing and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pepper; let stand for 10 minutes.

Grill or broil the chicken for 10-12 minutes, turning once, until chicken is almost done.

Remove chicken from grill or and arrange tomato, cheese, and green onion on each chicken breast. Return to grill or oven and grill or broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese softens. Serve immediately.

If you are a huge fan of Feta & Chicken, this is the recipe for you! I used a block of feta and cut into semi thick slices and pinwheeled Roma tomato's. When the feta began to brown I pulled from the oven and served. It was a hit with my family of finicky boys! I knew I would love it! I served with Goya Primavera rice and Asparagus. This will be a regular item on our menu!
