Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 green onions, chopped
Preparation:
Heat oven to broil setting. Place chicken breasts on broiler rack and brush with dressing and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pepper. Broil, 4" from heat source, for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from oven and arrange tomato, cheese, and green onion on each chicken breast. Return to oven and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is lightly browned. SErves 4
